Whilst the work was satisfactorily completed the estimated time for completion was well in excess of the time I had been advised on handing over my key. Consequently when the work was done I did not have time to wait for the car to be washed.

The car was taken in taken in for an extended period in order to attempt to discover an odd smart screen issue. Sadly the issue was not apparent to the technicians and therefore not resolved at that point

It was easy to arrange. I was welcomed at the dealer. They completed a full health check in addition to the work I had booked. Once the work was done, everything was explained to me and the vehicle was returned cleaned and vacuumed.

Basically happy with service provided. It would have been 5 stars if the vehicle had been returned to us with at least some charge in the hybrid battery but the charge level was zero miles.

Very helpful and professional. I always know my car will be looked after. I rang to book a free check but they also let me know my car was on a recall list so they booked in for this part to be fitted at the same time, saving me having to return.
