From the vehicle health check email I was supposed to receive a free vacuum and wash. I only received a wash and not a vacuum. I also had to pay £3.79 for a single car key battery which I didn't request/need. I could have bought a four pack for £3.43

Arranged meeting with Sales Executive Luke Shaw while my car was being serviced. Discussed at length the options available if I was to replace my car at the end of its warranty. Nothing was too much trouble and facts/figures readily available.

The garage set my throttle body up following a previous recall The engine used to tick over at 500rpm now its 750rpm so the car uses more fuel Because it's a while ago I am unable to take it back

The staff are extremely helpful and professional. One thing marred my latest visit. I was not told that an adjusting bolt had seized-the wheel alignment was not all in " the green". It was only when I arrived to pick up my car that I noticed this.
